Apply a generous amount of shampoo as per the lenght and volume of your hair
Massage well into soaking wet hair and scalp using fingertips to 2-3 minutes
Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water
Once all the shampoo has been washed off, follow with a cold-water rinse to seal the cuticles

Squeeze out excess water from hair before applying conditioner
Take a dollop of conditioner on to your palm and spread it evenly through the lenght of your hair
Start at tip, working towards to the roots. Keep on for 2-3 minutes for it to coat the strands properly
Avoid applying to the roots unless you have very dry scalp
Rinse throughly with plenty of water
Once it has been washed off completely, follow with a cold water rinse to lay the cuticles flat for extra smoothness and extra shine
